Publishing Deadlines

This page is an estimate of WHEN Model Yachting Magazine should be in most AMYA Members hands.
It should be used by regatta coordinator's, class secrtearies and such to plan when they should announce events via the Model Yachting publication.
PLEASE understand that some members receive Model Yachting by First Class Mail and receive it sooner, some by Bulk mail and receive it later....
All materials are due to
their respective Editors by:
  1. December 30th
  2. March 30th
  3. June 30th
  4. September 30th
For the issue that should
be in Members hand's in:
  1. February or March
  2. May or June
  3. August or September
  4. ​November or December

What does this really mean?

If you're planning an event in Jan, Feb or Mar, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before September 30th of the preceding year!
​

If you're planning an event in Apr, May, or June, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before December 30th of the preceding year!

If you're planning an event in July, August, or September, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before March 30th of that year!

If you're planning an event in Oct, Nov, or Dec, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before June 30th of that year!
